We were given two dresses to re-contextualize into one garment that utilizes principles of Modernist design, which include functionality, simplicity, and economics. Our garment is a dually functioning piece. It can be a messenger bag with a cell phone pocket on the front strap, and a scarf with a front pouch to hold everyday essential items.
