Final Proposal:
A public peice that chaged over time due how much people got involved, it
would be a poster or maybe even a walk way of posters that started off with lots of small simple pictures and as people pulled them off it would reveal the
truth of the picture or individual in the picture. It would go six layers deep on some images and would get very disturbing. At the end it would show the crime scene photos of weomen who got seriously abused.

Who Says Pleasure is Not Productive?
Truffle Mac n' Cheese (Food)
With Arms Outstretched (Song)
Death of a Salesman (Literature)
My Grampa (Person)
In distilling these 6 things and the impact they have on me and why, I realized that they all related to the Jeff Keedy essay "Style is Not a Four Letter Word." They all essentially tie into principles about how enjoyable life experiences serve an important function in our lives, about travel and about rebelling against social expectations that suck the life out of life. American culture seems to have placed a stigma on enjoyment and happiness (in that it is viewed as frivolous and encroaches on the corporate regime) and all of the proposals intend to alleviate that. After all, as long as you are a productive human, why not take pleasure in what you spend your life doing?

"Feminism is a noun"
Blue Print/ Fabiola Nava
My inspiration was create a poster about feminism, by selecting my favorite artistic women, so I added a triangle that symbolizes several meanings to the poster. The concept of feminism was to show the creative identity, and how important a “women” can be, as an artist, politician, writer, and a legend icon. I also wanted to express how women could benefit power. I also believe that today young women contribute positively to any task force.

You've been had... (Tiimo)
"A Art" by Tiimo Schulze
Project Proposal: A sculpture comissioned by artist Banksy.
Large sphere covered with minute sculptural details that reveal clever/satirical/witty commentaries on the state of the world today. The piece will be a beauty to look at up close and carry the aesthetic of minimalist design from afar (large matte black sphere). The overarching concept isn’t a simple commen- tarie on the world, (as per the rest of Banksy’s portfolio) but a commentary on the art world, the viewer’s attention span, aesthetics vs concept, and design trends. It should fit in aesthetically on ffffound.com, but the meaning behind it will be esoteric; a critic/prank on the viewer who believes he/she is criticing the entire world and fitting in. Hints will be dropped in the form of trollface.
The influences:
- Art-piece: N/A
- Film: Orange County
- Food Dish: Pulled Pork Sangwich
- Song: Sweatshirt by Earl
- Text: Death of the Author
- Person: Anonymous (NSFW)

A representation of myself using a xerox as my medium.

I took a picture depicting a particular moment of my life. In this moment, during this time, I knew nothing but pleasure. Through time this innocence became diluted due to technology and society.

vintage = same olde shite, the remix
I'm not a huge fan of overly sugary cereals, but I was digging this retro throwback that Cap'n Crunch was sporting. I confess I'm a sucker for that kind of thing, but I also recognize that everything in this post-postmodern world is a pastiche of what was. So essentially...what was this? Nothing but the same old shit. Oh, but vintage -- so same olde shite.
So what would the front of a box look like that packaged this notion? A little like this...
-amy fortunato
Sandy's Blue Print
Most of my inspirations relate to veganism, my project proposal is to create a vegan poster to raise awareness about animal cruelty.
Ay Ay Cap'n!
I took this neo-retro throwback box of Captain Crunch (my personal favorite cereal) and turned it into packaging for when big brother takes over our lives and tells us what to eat nd when to eat it. Really utalitartian, modernist, systematic packaging, and very different from the expressive box I started with.
